During the year, the average Turkish land title value was the highest realized with 413 thousand liras in Istanbul. Last year, 382 thousand 458 properties were sold in Istanbul city, while a total value of 157 billion 953 million TL was presented in these sales.
Istanbul was followed by Muğla with 304,6 thousand liras, Izmir with 239,5 thousand liras, Ankara with 218 thousand liras. 46 thousand 142 units in Muğla, 144 thousand 463 units in Izmir and 215 thousand 589 units in Ankara were sold.
Other provinces with an average Turkey land title value of 187.5 thousand liras were Kocaeli with 194.6 thousand liras and Bursa with 194.1 thousand liras. Antalya was very close to the average of 187.2 thousand TL.

Among the provinces with the highest land registry value average, Yalova ranked eighth with 179.5 thousand liras, Gaziantep ranked ninth with 176.6 thousand liras, Erzurum ranked tenth with 166.9 thousand liras.
