According to the Turkish government statistics TUIK, reports that for the last three years consecutive buying Turkish real estate among worldwide foreigner nationals, is more popular with higher demand pushing house values up in Turkey.
The Top 3 Foreign Nationals as of December 2017 are Iraq with 3.036, Saudi Arabia 1.868 and Kuwait 1.744, followed 4th by Russia with 1.224 and Afghanistan surprising being low in 5th place with 1.205, have already purchased various types of Turkish real estate statistics show. Due to the European economical fallback U.K. and Germany have decreased lower in rank.
