Apartment 107 is one of 61 apartments of the same size, all built according to a construction permit stating that it is a tourist facility since the area where the facility is located is designated as a tourist area. For this reason, none of the members have ownership due to the title deed separately. The only deed available is the title deed indicating the owner of the property, namely Kemer holiday houses Tourism Development Cooperative. Although there are 61 apartments in the facility, the number of cooperative members is 56. For this reason, the share of apartment 107 is 5/56 = 0.09 of a share of apartment + five apartments where no one alone owns shares but everyone owns shares. In order to determine the owners of the apartment, each member of the cooperative withdrew his / her own money and determined his / her apartment in the presence of a notary public.
